SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. After processing, the average shipping time is about 5-7 business days.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I ship internationally, and orders typically take 7-21 business days to reach their destination. Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee, import tax, or additional charge. Customers are responsible for all customs fees.



PRE-SHIPMENT

If your order is stuck in pre-shipment that means that the order is in USPS possession. USPS delays are not uncommon, and once a package is with USPS, I have no means of tracking it beyond your own. If you have inquiries about your package it is best to reach out to USPS directly.

If your order is still in pre-shipment after 10 business days please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the situation. I know how frustrating delays can be, and am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.



CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact me immediately at
decentartwork@gmail.com. I may or may not be able to accommodate requests depending on what stage of processing and shipping your order is in.



INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you made an error in your shipping address please contact me immediately at decentartwork@gmail.com to have it changed. If your item has already shipped - please reach out to the carrier directly for changes. If the item is returned to Printful due to an incorrect address, they can re-ship it for an additional shipping fee to the correct address.



RETURNS

All apparel is final sale. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform me within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, please send me a photo of the item and the damage described to decentartwork@gmail.com. Once I review the damage, I will process a replacement immediately.
